They are all first class
I love being able to check my own blood results with renal patient veiw and that I can email my consultant with questions. He is always willing to discuss my treatment with me. I prefer to see my consultant rather than the renal nurse/practitioners but understand time constraints - I think it might be better to tell the patients in advance by say text message if they are not going to see their consultant, so that if they have pressing issues that they think need discussing with the consultant they are prepared/can ask to see him/her. I think the renal/nurse practitioners are very good and efficient and follow up things very well.
Aways treaed well
Consultant very professionaland knowledgeable. Waiting time unacceptable on some occasions I waited 2 hours to see consultant, followed by a further hour for bloods & meds
Waiting times could be improved.
Would be more ideal to see same Dr each time.
Continuing one for transplant recipiants for a whole year really good and gives confidence to patient.
Easy access to nurses, pharmacy when not attending clinic (telephone)giving much needed support.
I feel that my care at Oxford has been exceptional at all times. They leave no stone unturned when it comes to my health and are proactive in rectifying any issues that arise.
The staff/nurses/doctors are always friendly and polite. Everyone at this clinic are always very helpful and try their utmost best to provide the very best of care and advice to assist with my own personal care.
The only thing I could complain about is the waiting time for blood test and sometimes to see doctor/consultant.
